We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We wish to clearly specify that the customer shall have to bear the cost of shipping the product back to us in case of refunds. However, in certain cases, where the refund is being provided due to a mistake by SHOP THE DRAMA, such cost shall be borne by us.
Refunds (If Applicable)
We provide refunds only in special cases. It shall be the sole discretion of Whamzo whether or not to grant a refund. When you purchase from Whamzo, you agree to our terms and conditions for Shipping, Returns & Refunds.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you are shipping (during refunds or exchanges) an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged Items
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

- A picture of the damaged product or in some cases video
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge or a full refund for your purchase.
Refunds Before Your Item Is Shipped
As per Whamzo, you are eligible for a refund if your item has not been shipped yet and you email us to ask her to cancel the order. However, we charge a processing and restocking fee on such refunds which may vary from $6-10 (Depending upon the product ).
Also, please note that in such situations it shall be the sole discretion of Whamzo whether or not to grant a refund. In some cases, the refund may not be granted if the item was shipped before the customer support team could communicate with the shipping department (even if you ask for a refund immediately after placing your order.)
We try our best to cancel such orders, but in special cases, your order may not be canceled.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
